Precognition Labs

Xiuduan Fang is a platform integrity and Trust & Safety engineering leader with 17+ years of experience building large-scale fraud, compliance, and risk systems at Google and Snap. She is co-founder of Precognition Labs, focused on scaling accountable human judgment in high-stakes AI decision workflows. She is also a part-time lecturer at San José State University, where she teaches Web UI Design and Development and facilitates structured, discussion-based learning sessions.
