Paridhi Desai is Chief of Staff for Mission Engineering at Muon Space, where she helps scale the execution of complex satellite missions and engineering programs. She has led multiple spacecraft programs from concept through launch and on-orbit operations and specializes in orchestrating large multidisciplinary teams to deliver ambitious technical systems.
Paridhi previously held leadership roles across robotics and autonomous vehicle programs and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is passionate about mentoring engineers and advancing women in technical leadership.
