Ou Li is Senior Director of Business Development at UTAC Group, bringing over 25 years of experience across the semiconductor value chain, including technology development, product management, manufacturing, sales, and global business strategy.

Prior to joining UTAC, Ou served as Senior Director of Engineering and Sales at ASE, where she led critical customer engagements and delivered innovative semiconductor hardware solutions for AI, high-performance computing, robotics, and automotive applications. Earlier in her career, she held a range of technical roles at Spansion, AMD, and LSI Logic, supporting the development of memory, CPUs, chipsets, and ASICs.

Ou is an active mentor and career coach and actively involved in industry–academia collaboration. She has been an invited speaker for GSA Women in Semiconductor Hardware and a featured speaker at various leading industry conferences. Ou currently serves as General Chair for IMAPS CHIPcon 2025 and 2026, is a member of several IEEE EPS technical committees, and IEEE and IMAPS Silicon Valley chapters.

Ou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and two Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University and the National University of Singapore.
