Hitisha Sharma is an Associate Principal and Head of EE Department at Point Energy Innovations leading large-scale decarbonization and infrastructure projects across California. Her portfolio of work includes impactful infrastructure projects across the United States from the top legacy consulting firms as well as from innovation-centric, medium-sized companies.
Her current work focuses on sustainability-driven design for higher education, transportation, and public-sector developments, operating at the intersection of electrical engineering, climate impact, and leadership.
Hitisha frequently speaks and serves as a judge at engineering and leadership forums, advocating for visibility, long-term impact, and expanded pathways for women in engineering. She shares insights from her own experience of often being the youngest – and the only woman – in decision-making rooms.
