Felix Lim holds two Ph.D. degrees – one on Electronics Engineering and another in Management. He has over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Formerly with Intel, ST Microelectronics, Vishay Siliconix and Fairchild Semiconductors, among others, Felix currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of a semiconductor company.

As a former College Dean of Engineering, Dr. Lim has authored numerous books chapters and academic papers, covering key topics such as operations productivity, quality systems, manufacturing efficiency, intercultural communications and corporate social responsibility.
