Danielle Del Rosario is a Transportation Project Manager at Mark Thomas with over fifteen years of experience delivering complex highway, multimodal, and local road projects across California. She currently leads a $200 million highway improvement project in San Jose and manages a $5 million bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure project in Contra Costa County. Danielle is deeply committed to mentorship, serving as a three-time mentor in the Mark Thomas Mentorship Program and previously mentoring emerging professionals through WTS. She is known for fostering authentic conversations about career growth, industry challenges, and professional confidence. Beyond her project work, she volunteers as a Co-Manager for a Community Engineering Corps and Engineers Without Borders project supporting a tiny-home village in Richmond. Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is now pursuing her M.S. in Transportation Management at San José State University. A Bay Area native from Hayward and Union City, she grew up playing competitive volleyball and basketball. She is a new mother who enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and two fluffy dogs.
