Aja Hartman is an engineering professional with over a decade of experience in R&D and Additive Manufacturing. She holds more than 30 granted patents and 19 peer-reviewed journals including Nature and Materials Advances. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Master, she combines technical rigor with operational discipline. Her current work focuses on directly printed custom medical devices. Passionate about empowering the next generation of women in STEM, Aja is committed to creating a positive impact in her industry.
