Dexcom
Dexcom: Making Metabolic Health Visible and Actionable
Stelo™ by Dexcom is a glucose biosensor paired with an intuitive, software-driven mobile platform designed to help people understand how everyday behaviors—food, activity, sleep, and stress—affect their glucose levels. By combining continuous glucose data with modern software and AI, Stelo turns complex physiology into insights people can actually use.
At the heart of Stelo is a real-time software experience. The app visualizes glucose trends throughout the day, helping users move beyond single data points to see patterns over time. Built-in spike and pattern detection highlights how specific meals, routines, or activities influence glucose, giving immediate feedback that supports better daily decisions.
Stelo’s software continues to evolve. New AI-powered Smart Food Logging allows users to log meals using a photo, barcode scan, or text search. The system automatically identifies foods, provides a nutritional breakdown, and connects each meal to the user’s glucose response—removing friction from tracking and making nutrition insights easier to understand.
The redesigned Daily Insights experience translates glucose data into personalized, easy-to-read insight cards. These insights summarize how recent behaviors impacted glucose and adapt over time as the system learns individual patterns, helping users focus on what matters most rather than raw numbers.
Live Demo
At this table, you can explore:
- Real-time glucose visualizations and trend views
- Examples of spike and pattern detection
- Smart Food Logging with AI-driven nutrition insights
- Personalized Daily Insights that turn data into action
Stelo demonstrates how thoughtful software design, AI, and biosensing technology can work together to make health data more accessible, intuitive, and empowering.
