Halleh Ghaderi, is an engineering leader with deep expertise in systems and software integration for complex medical technologies. With a background spanning biomedical engineering, medical devices, and surgical robotics, she has led cross-functional efforts to bring sophisticated hardware–software systems from concept to clinical reality. Halleh studied PhD in Biomedical Engineering at McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and has built her career at the intersection of engineering rigor, patient-centered design, and real-world impact at Medtronic, Verb Surgical, Johnson & Johnson and Intuitive surgical. Passionate about mentorship and advancing women in technical leadership, she regularly shares insights on navigating interdisciplinary engineering environments, building resilient teams, and driving innovation in highly regulated industries.
