Shruthi Srinivasan is a biomedical engineer and M.S. graduate from San José State University with experience spanning regulated medical device development and translational research. Prior to graduate school, she worked at Roche Pharmaceuticals, supporting verification and validation efforts for PCR diagnostic systems and strengthening her foundation in quality systems and regulatory compliance. Her graduate research focused on developing a microfluidic nano-biosensor for rapid detection of Botulinum Neurotoxin, integrating bio-transport principles, fluorescence spectroscopy, and statistical modeling to build a sensitive diagnostic platform. She currently works in the corporate sector, applying the technical rigor and research-driven mindset gained during graduate school to advance innovative healthcare technologies, while remaining committed to empowering more women to lead in engineering.
