Battery Engineering Manager

Form Energy

Crystal Jain is a Battery Engineering Manager at Form Energy, where she leads product development and electrochemical performance for long-duration energy storage systems designed to enable a renewable grid. She previously worked at Apple developing OLED display technologies for the Apple Watch and iPhone. Crystal holds an M.S. in Materials Science from Georgia Tech, where she researched thin-film solid-state batteries, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley. She also serves as a Program Director at the Volta Foundation, where she leads the Startup program to support and connect early-stage energy storage founders.
