Leena Agarwal is a Technical Program Manager specializing in AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, and hardware/software systems. With nearly two decades of experience across Amazon, Meta, Cruise, Block, and Woven by Toyota, she has a proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs from zero to launch — including AI assistant platforms, autonomous vehicle systems, and large-scale cloud infrastructure.

Beyond her industry work, Leena mentors early-stage startup teams, speaks at university programs and industry conferences on TPM practices and AI/ML systems, hosts the Agentic AI Execution podcast, and organizes TEDxTwin Pines Park. She is an advocate for emerging technical talent and cross-functional collaboration.
