Isadora Ventura-Quintanilha McCullough is the Americas Business Development Manager for Certified Pre-Owned Instruments at Agilent Technologies, where she helps companies expand access to advanced laboratory tools that accelerate scientific discovery. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Isadora moved to California to study Chemical Engineering at San José State University—without a clear roadmap of what her career would look like.

Her journey took an unexpected and exciting turn when she realized her engineering mindset could be applied beyond traditional technical roles, allowing her to help scientists and companies find the right solutions to power their research. Her path from engineering to sales to business development highlights the versatility of an engineering degree and shows students how technical backgrounds can open doors to leadership roles that blend strategy, communication, and innovation.

With over eight years at Agilent, Isadora is known for her strategic problem-solving, her ability to build meaningful customer partnerships, and her leadership in growing Agilent’s Certified Pre-Owned business.
